A Big Spring Update

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've been able to send a personal update to the community. These past 3 months have proven to be the busiest time of my life. After we closed our $1 Million raise, the work to implement all the innovations and improvements began and has consumed the lives of Steve, myself, and our new employees. You have by now seen Morley's emails, she's my newest hire and it's been a blessing having a second hand on this side of the business.

Now, onto the fun stuff.

Since my last email I've compiled 3-4 new Beachman playlists for you all, which I'll be releasing over the summer. We've built an entire factory, then filled it with Beachmans, and with our batteries arriving any day now, they will be leaving us and going to you very soon. We have expanded from 3 staff to a team of 9, and are continuing to grow. We've expanded into the United States, and have also designed not one but two entirely new bikes, the first of which I will be announcing in my next email.

It's been a good time to be a Beachman.

As always I will highlight all the important bits like this for those who only have time to scan the email.

The New Beachman Factory Is Open For Business

Since I was 18 years old, I have dreamed of one day sitting in my very own factory, with the words "Beachman" on the door, at a desk of my own. For the past 3 months, thanks to the years of work put in by myself and our amazing team, I've been sitting at that desk, in that building I always imagined.

It is the ultimate privilege to bring you these bikes born of passion from a space we get to call home. And one that we got to decorate and design ourselves! You can see my desk in the photo aboce, where I write this email to you now.

Our factory is capable of producing over 1000 bikes a year, and houses our new staff areas, production line, warehouse, and head office. You can also come here now during weekdays to enjoy test rides and join our events!

We will be having a blast here all summer.

Come down and check it out at 530 Keele St. Unit 407, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M6N3C9

May Production Run Update

For those of you who have placed deposits and are waiting for their order, the wait is almost over.

We've been building bikes at full pace for 30 days now and have 50+ ready to go in the facility but missing their critical electric hearts.

We had a last-minute delay on our battery shipment this month, which was supposed to arrive May 13th, but will officially arrive on Friday.

We will begin processing deliveries in the purchase order as soon as we have everything together. We will need 2-3 days to properly satefy test all the batteries before we can confidently deliver them, so please bear with us as we do the necessary work to ensure your bikes are in perfect condition.

For LSM/LM customers, I have a specific update which I will be emailing to you directly next week once we have finished processing this immediate craziness of deliveries. But rest assured progress is being made.

Beachman is now in Costa Rica

Costa rica is a special place for us. Not just because of the beautiful sun, and sand, and surf, and motorcycle culture. But because Steve and I personally have been enjoying Costa Rica's western coast for years. Steve has owned a home there for many years which I've had the pleasure of vacationing in, and I have made many friends down on the Guanacaste coastline.

So it is with great pleasure I get to announce that Beachmans are now officially for sale in Costa Rica. Our CR distributor is named Joel Pilon, a fellow Toronto entrepreneur, who retired to live the good life down south and run the Beachman operations there from his beautiful home in the jungle. You can reach him on Whatsapp at +1 905 626 5570.

Our first shipment of 30 Beachmans down south is selling out quickly, so be sure to contact them today to make arrangements if you want to be on the first boat in and catch the summer!

Our Community Is Live On Reddit, And More!

I'm always blown away by the commitment of our riders to forming communities, both online and in person. After years of connecting at the personal level, we had a kind of Eureka moment the other day that we should probable make a subreddit. We did, and people seem to be loving it! It is always great to wake up to a new interesting post on there.

If you're looking to connect with fellow riders, head over to our Subreddit or Community page to get the full scoop.

We are also now doing our summer events calendar here in Toronto! We just did our first sunday ride and had a blast, with more to come. Sign up on the website for the next one to make sure you can't miss it.

New Playlist - Beachman Home: Volume 4

Volume 4 of the timeless home series is here.

The playlist art is The Chemosphere house in Los Angeles, designed by John Lautner in 1960, which informed and inspired the music. I'm happy to share this new collection with you all.

Designed for cognac sipping and good conversation, it inspires but never interrupts.

You can find it on the Beachman spotify, along with all my previous published work.

That's all for now.

As always, feel free to reply to this email to speak with me personally.

Have a fantastic day, and I'll see you at the Beach.
